Falcon Enterprise maintains a transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity for all clients.

Cancellation

Service cancellations are accepted only before work has commenced. Once service execution begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:
• The request is raised before service commencement
• No work, resources, or time has been allocated

Non-Refundable

The following are non-refundable:
• Advance payments
• Customized or service-based work already initiated
• Consultation or planning services

Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary based on banks or payment gateways.

No Refund Cases

No refunds will be provided for change of mind, non-response from client side, or delays caused by third-party platforms.
